High-resolution thermal imaging camera, with dual infrared and visible-light detection
The DL-801/2-M is a handheld thermal imaging camera with an uncooled FPA detector of 640x480 (DL801-M) or 1024x768 (DL802-M), a super pixel of up to 2048x1536 and a 5-inch touch screen with a 180-degree rotatable lens.
Advantages
High-precision resolution
640x480 or 1024x768 detector depending on the model, with a super pixel of 1280x960 or 2048x1536 and a thermal sensitivity of 0.03 °C at 30 °C.
Intelligent diagnosis
Intelligent shooting and diagnosis according to preset inspection tasks, with full-screen switching between infrared and visible light, picture in picture and dual-band fusion.
Built-in location and orientation
Electronic compass, laser ranging, GPS and Bluetooth and Wi-Fi transmission, which accompany every image with the shooting location and orientation.
Ample storage
Built-in 128 GB memory plus an expandable external 32 GB SD card, in JPEG and DLV format with raw measurement data, text annotation and voice and sketch notes.
Applications
- Inspection of industrial equipment and electrical switchboards.
- Predictive maintenance in substations and transmission lines.
- Hot-spot detection in power supply installations.
- Real-time diagnosis with geolocation of every image.
About the product
The range is sold in two variants: the DL801-M, with a 640x480 detector and a temperature range extendable up to 1200 °C or 1500 °C, and the DL802-M, with a 1024x768 detector and a range extendable up to 1200 °C or 2000 °C; both share the rest of the characteristics. The camera measures with an accuracy of +/-1 °C or +/-1 % between 0 and 150 °C, and +/-2 °C or +/-2 % within the rest of the range, with up to 10 movable points and 10 movable measurement areas, a movable line, isothermal analysis and a temperature alarm.
It runs on a rechargeable lithium battery, with 3 hours of continuous operation, and transfers images and video to a PC via Mini-USB Type C, with an HDMI output, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and IP54 protection to work between -15 °C and +50 °C.
